The mind and body are traditionally thought of as two separate entities. Mind Body Together embraces the connections between the mind and body and understands the influences from ergonomics, nutrition, gut health, verbal and non verbal communication, physical health, pain management, decision making, interpersonal connection, home and office environments, epigenetics, and stress management.
Consider a possible scenario: you get up in the morning but don't feel rested, you spilled your coffee on yourself during your web conference, your manager tells you that you have to redo the presentation for your client, your back pain acts up, your child needs help with their algebra, you eat tortilla chips while you're making dinner, then you yell at your spouse when they try and talk with you.
Most people would think of these events as being separate events. At Mind Body Together, they are viewed as linked together.
